Postage and handling fee for each item is to offset the costs of fuel increase, packaging and labour, as well as the actual postage required.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items

Orders are dispatched daily during week days. All goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after received the payment.

Please supply correct telephone number (preferably mobile phone) for courier to call when delivering large item, also it is very important to make sure someone is always available to sign for the item, otherwise the item will leave in front door. NO SECOND TIME DELIVERY. A redelivery fee applies if the parcel is required to be sent out from again.

Nationwide courier company carries delivery to residential or commercial address only, NO PO Box delivery.
We are not liable for any loss or damage during delivery unless insurance is taken.

Delivery time will take approximately 2 to 7 working days for major city metropolitan area and 5 to 12 working days for outback area
Pick up is available by request (handling charge apply). Please email us for the detail. All pick up orders will be required payment on pick up and we only accept cash for pick up. Paypeal is not accepted as paypal’s buyer protection policy and we may be required produce proof of delivery POD, which is not available when the order is picked up rather than delivery.

Shipping:

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt of payment.

Deliveries to metropolitan areas are typically received within 5 working days. For more remote areas, we suggest you allow up to an extra more days.

PO Box addresses are only accepted for smaller items, typically under 3kg. For larger items, we may request a physical address to be able to fulfill your order.
Please note, shipment to some more remote areas may require additional delivery and insurance charges – these will be advised before dispatch, and if you find them too expensive, the order can be cancelled or an alternate address can be provided.
Due to prohibitive postage costs, this item can only be delivered to a street address on the Australian Mainland excluding all surrounding islands or Northern Territory addresses. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Return Conditions: Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage, and be complete with all accessories and original packaging.
